• If needed, a pre-production meeting will be scheduled coordinate events and to insure that both parties are on the same sheet of music, such as coordinating camera angles and lighting optimization. Of course, we will be as inconspicuous as possible.
• Consider the feasibility of special requests, if any.
• We produce the video and deliver the DVD copies to your address.

Here’s what we do:

• Show up at the appointed time in appropriate attire.
• Set up equipment as inconspicuously as possible.
• Capture the event and blend as much as possible.
• Process, edit, create, and produce your event DVD.
• Ship to the address provided.

  If you have chosen to have a video montage created for a specific event   (wedding/retirement/etc) then the following is needed:

• Provide us with gathered memorabilia, such as snapshots, video, clippings, programs, yearbooks, etc. and give it to us along with the requested music.
• Documented Memories will create a beautiful montage video from these items (We need this about one month before the event).
• For a fee, Documented Memories will video highlights of the event, including any special award presentations, roasts, dancing and of course some of the socializing. If you like, we can even interview a few friends on the video.
  
  Details:
• A 50% deposit is required upon scheduling confirmation.  All money is due the day before the event.
• Price per additional DVD will be $25.00 for pre-orders. (plus tax and shipping)
• Documented Memories can take orders directly the day of the event and up to six weeks after.
• Shipping is available for an additional charge.
